Methylene blue is a prescription medication that researchers have studied for its role in how cells produce energy in the mitochondria. Because it’s a prescription medication, not a supplement, it can’t go into a supplement packet. With Core Plus, an independent licensed provider reviews your health history online and decides whether it’s right for you.
How it will work

Find out if methylene blue is right for you
Methylene blue for Core Plus is a compounded prescription medication. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A prescription is written only if a licensed provider determines it’s appropriate for you. Not for use with antidepressants or other serotonergic medications, with G6PD deficiency, or during pregnancy or nursing. It may turn urine blue or green, which is harmless.

140+ years in medicine
First made in 1876, it was one of the first synthetic compounds used as a medicine, given for malaria in the 1890s.
An FDA-approved medication
An FDA-approved form is used in hospitals to treat methemoglobinemia, a condition in which red blood cells can’t carry oxygen properly. Methylene blue helps convert the altered hemoglobin back to its normal, oxygen-carrying form. It is also on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines.
Studied in cellular respiration
Cellular respiration is how mitochondria, the cell’s energy centers, turn food and oxygen into ATP, the energy every cell runs on. In laboratory research, methylene blue can accept and pass along electrons in the final stage of that process, the electron transport chain. That property is why researchers study it in cellular energy.
The dose matters
Its effects depend heavily on dose, and the research interest is in low doses, far below hospital doses. That’s why a licensed provider decides your dose.
Not for everyone
The FDA warns it can cause serious reactions with serotonergic medications, including many antidepressants, and it isn’t for people with G6PD deficiency or during pregnancy. That’s why Core Plus starts with a provider review.

If methylene blue says “for research use only,” “not for human consumption” or “take at your own risk,” it wasn’t made to the standards of something you swallow every day. Without testing, a product can contain less than its label says, break down with heat, light and time, or carry contaminants such as heavy metals, and there’s no way to know. Core Plus starts with USP pharmaceutical-grade methylene blue from an FDA-registered source, with a certificate of analysis, compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy under USP standards.

Questions
When does Cellavara launch?
We’re working through manufacturing and independent testing now. Waitlist members will hear first when a launch date is set, and get access before anyone else.
How soon will I notice anything?
These are daily ingredients, not stimulants. The human studies behind them ran from 4 to 12 weeks, so plan on at least four weeks of taking both packets every day.
Why packets instead of bottles?
Each day’s capsules will be sealed in a foil-lined packet with the oxygen removed, which protects the ingredients from air and moisture. Morning and night are clearly marked, so there’s nothing to count.
Does it contain caffeine?
No added caffeine. The cocoa extract in the AM packet contains small amounts of naturally occurring caffeine and theobromine.
Who should not take it?
Anyone pregnant or nursing, or under 18. Cellavara will be sold only to adults 18 and over, and some states require age verification at checkout. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, check with your physician before starting.
Is there a military discount?
Yes. Active-duty service members and veterans will get 10% off every order, with simple online verification at launch.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping will be free on every order within the U.S. The one exception is state-required delivery rules: New York law requires an adult signature (18+) with photo ID for these orders, so New York shipments carry an adult-signature fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
